Donations

 

We use donated used hearing  aids for our program. We select instruments that match the measured  hearing loss of an approved applicant and refurbish the aid to like new  condition providing a warranty to the new user. Please  donate all makes and types. If you wish to receive an acknowledgement  letter for your gift, download the form and include it with the  shipment. We are unable to give you a value for your gift. Please  consult your provider or hearing aid specialist. We have lost some of  our Lions financial support, and would welcome and appreciate your tax deductible contributions.
